Students seeking to take graduate-level courses but not pursue a graduate degree may apply for admission as a continuing non-degree graduate student.  After being admitted students can earn an unlimited number of graduate hours within an indefinite period of time.

Students wishing to change from non-degree to degree-seeking status must go through the regular Graduate School admission process.

Students pursuing a graduate degree at another institution who intend to complete their degree program there can apply for transient status admission which is valid for one semester only, but may be renewed with reapplication.

Detailed information is available through the Graduate School Bulletin available on line.  Specific graduate degree program information, including admission requirements and deadlines (which may vary between programs) is also available online.

Students may also contact the Graduate School by calling 513.529.3734.
